Cary Chludzinski, CPA, CIA
Cary received his Masters degree in Accountancy from Duquesne University and has performed in various leadership positions for more than 22 years in public accounting and 15 years in private industry. He has also taught accounting and finance on a full-time basis for 25 years. Cary retired from the Navy Reserves after 20 years with the rank of Commander. He has owned and operated several businesses over the years. He has extensive experience in accounting systems, taxation and business consulting.

David Green, CPA
David is a 1988 graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has worked at various accounting firms in Pennsylvania and New York. Dave joined DeMarco Wachter & Co. in September of 2000 and prepares corporate financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns as well as monthly bookkeeping and payroll services.

David Wachter, CPA
David is a 2002 graduate of the University of Dayton and joined DeMarco Wachter & Co. in 2006 after spending 4 years with a regional CPA firm in Cleveland, Ohio. His work includes individual and corporate taxation and extensive experience with audits, reviews and compiled financial statements in the manufacturing, health care and service industries. Dave has also volunteered his time to serve the Villa Maria finance committee and the Athena Powerlink advisory panel.

Megan Richter, CPA
Megan joined DeMarco Wachter & Co. full-time in May of 1996 after her graduation from Gannon University with a major in accounting. Megan has a background in Individual and Corporate tax preparation, Non-Profit accounting, Audits, Reviews and Compilations. In May of 2007, Megan went part time with DeMarco Wachter & Co. continuing to work in the Auditing Department, specializing in Non-Profit Accounting.

Joseph F Wachter, M.Ed.
Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Joe was involved in education for twenty-three years. For thirteen years he served the Diocese of Erie as Assistant Superintendent of Schools, in charge of personnel and curriculum. He taught at St. George School, Cathedral Prep and Gannon University. Joe is a graduate of Gannon University “65”. He earned his Masters Degree from Edinboro University in 1974 and an Administrative Certificate from Duquesne University in 1977. For the past fifteen years Joe owned and operated Pan World Imports. This Importer & Wholesaler of artificial plant and Christmas items was a major supplier on the East Coast to floral shops, greenhouse and department stores. He currently serves DeMarco Wachter & Co. as a consultant to businesses as well as Manager of Business Development.

Stephen Barr
Stephen joined DeMarco Wachter & Co. in June of 2007. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Stephen works as a staff accountant specializing in general accounting, audits and individual and corporate taxes.

Mary R. Samick
Mary joined DeMarco Wachter & Co. in June 1988. She received her A.S. in Accounting from Gannon University in 1986. Her experience is in the areas of Bookkeeping, Financial Statement preparation, Accounting software set-up and support and preparation of individual and business tax returns. Clients that she has experience with include retail, trucking, manufacturing and service based businesses.
