Nancy Dumont

Nancy has been affiliated with DeMarco Wachter since 2022. She graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine, and passed the CPA exam. Nancy has worked for various accounting firms in the Erie area. She prepares corporate financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, as well as monthly bookkeeping and payroll services.

James E. Barr

James E. Barr MBA has rejoined DeMarco Wachter & Company as a consultant. Prior to starting his own accounting firm, James was a partner from 2016-2020. A Gannon graduate for both his Bachelor’s in accounting and his Masters in Business Administration Jim is proud to call Erie home. Jim’s current focus is working with nonprofit organizations in our community. In this new role with DeMarco Wachter, Jim will return to his roots in for profit business consulting and tax preparation. Jim spends his free time with his wife Lindsey and son, James III.

Mara Agnello, RN

Business Office Manager and Human Resource Director . Mara has been involved in leadership and business roles throughout the last 16 years and has multiple educational degrees. We are proud to have such a confident intelligent leader taking on such an important position on our team.

Autumn Terpilowski

Autumn joined DeMarco Wachter in 2023 as the company’s receptionist. She will be at the front desk when you enter the building, or the voice on the phone if you call in. She has experience in the manufacturing industry. Her role involves a mix of administrative, customer service, and organizational tasks. She plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations with the company.
